The library will provide the following spooky science kits to the first 15 registrants!
1. Spider Bots! (reserve by 10/17, pick up 10/20-25)
Please follow along with the video to complete this experiment, pausing whenever you need to catch up!
Library Kit includes:
- 8 Black Pipe Cleaners (instead of metal you have to cut)
- 2 popsicle sticks
- 1 9-volt battery
- 1 connector to the battery
- 1 on/off toggle switch
- 1 piece of black contruction paper and two googly eyes (for covering/decoration)You will need:
A hot glue gun (there is one at the library for in-house use)
Wire strippers (though scissors are doable)…….Stripping and twisting the wire is much easier than sauldering!
